The Developing Coaching Excellence Seminar is required to complete the Mission Coaching Certification. It is a two day follow-up training for those who have completed the Mission Coaching Certification Training introductory course and required mentor coaching sessions.

The presenter and trainer for this seminar is Rev. Michael Ruhl. He is Executive Director of the Center for U.S. Missions and certified mission coach.
