Profiles Assessments -- Ordering

Two steps are required to purchase any of these assessment tools through our secure website.

Pay for the tool you wish through our store.
Complete the form below one time for each tool purchased. If you, the purchaser, have already given the Center your address information through using your credit card for purchase, you do not need to duplicate that information here. Your email, however, is requred. When your purchase is confirmed, information and instructions on taking the assessment tool will be emailed to the profilee. After the profilee takes the assessment, the report will be emailed to you.
